Data protection declaration and data protection information as well as information on any consent you may have given
As the body responsible under the data protection regulations, we assure you that the collection, storage, modification, transmission, blocking, deletion and use of your personal data in our company to protect your personal data is always in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and other legal requirements.
Collection of personal data by us
As part of the order process, we use the customer data form to request various personal data from you, which you transmit to us together with the other data of the order by sending your order. Accordingly, we only collect the personal data you have transmitted. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or restrict the processing if there are statutory storage obligations.
Purposes of the collection, processing and use of personal data and any consent given
The collection of your personal data by us within the framework of the order process or the establishment of contact as well as their subsequent processing and use takes place for the fulfillment of our own business purposes within the framework of the concluded contractual relationship.
If you create a customer account, the personal data will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of not having to re-enter the personal data for future orders.
If you have given your consent to receive our newsletter, your email address will be collected, processed and used for your own advertising purposes. In this case you have given the following consent:
“I agree to being informed about interesting offers by email and therefore consent to my email address being included in the newsletter distribution list. This consent can be revoked at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future.”
Withdrawal of consent
If you have given your consent, you can revoke this consent at any time and without giving reasons with effect for the future. For this, just send an informal message.
In order to be able to make our services available to you more individually, we use so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable us or our partner companies to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
Transmission of personal data to third parties
We only transfer your personal data to third parties to the service partners involved in the execution of the contract, e.g. B. the logistics company commissioned with the delivery and the bank commissioned with payment matters. In cases where your personal data is transmitted to third parties, however, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the minimum required.
IP address anonymization
Every device on the Internet needs a unique address, the so-called IP address, to transmit data. The at least short-term storage of the IP address is technically necessary due to the way the internet works. The IP addresses are shortened before any processing and only processed further anonymously. The unabridged IP addresses are not stored or processed.
Geolocation down to state/region level
A so-called geolocalization, i.e. the assignment of a website call to the location of the call, takes place exclusively on the basis of the anonymized IP address and only up to the geographical level of the federal states / regions. Under no circumstances can conclusions be drawn about the specific place of residence of a user from the geographic information obtained in this way.
